Lytteaften: Uraño

Uraño is a duo consisting of Søren Høi on amplified drums and Jonatan Uranes on Electric bass guitar. The duo blends noise sounds and feedback structures with repetitive rock inspired ostinatoes and tonality.

By using self built programmed computer sequences, digitally controlled analog audio switching circuits and feedback systems, the duo create unique soundscapes where the instruments interact in interesting ways.

During their residency at Sound Art Lab the duo will investigate and experiment with new sounds and techniques and develop new systems for composing with these sounds.

Uraño would like to invite everyone for a presentation where they both demonstrate and talk about their new discoveries.
