New partnership formation: National Knowledge Centre for Sonic Cultural Heritage

Sound Art Lab - Struer Museum

Sound Art Lab has in partnership with Struer Museum, Aarhus University and the National Museum of Denmark founded a new knowledge centre for sonic heritage. This transdiciplinary formation will facilitate research into sonic cultural heritage, artistic practice and sound studies on PhD and post doc level.

With generous financial support from the Færch Foundation, the City of Struer and the Danish Arts Council, the centre has got the means to lay a solid ground for research projects within the partners of the centre but also reaching out to the rest of the industry.

We are utmost excited about these new perspectives!
