Residency for International Artists

1 Jul 2024

Sound Art Lab invites artists residing outside of Denmark to apply for a one-month residency in our vibrant work facilities located in close vicinity to the coastal landscapes of Limfjorden. This residency aims to support artists working in sound-related practices and offers an outstanding environment for exploration, experimentation, focus and collaboration.

As an artist in residence at Sound Art Lab, you are free to use your residency as you wish, and we do not expect any finished product in the end. However, we expect you to document your stay (in sound, image, video and/or text, depending on the format of the project), and share this with us for publication through our channels. It will be possible to make a public presentation in some form (e.g., a performance, an artist talk, an exhibition) during your stay upon agreement.
