Struer Tracks 2025

14–16 Aug 2025

Titled ‘Communal Practice,’ the fifth edition of Struer Tracks explores how communities are formed through sound and listening in various ways. The biennial will focus on creating new, unexpected connections while also highlighting existing intersections and encounters.

With a variety of sound installations, performances, workshops, lectures, and other events across the city, we aim to explore how to build common ground today, fostering communication and connections with radical care for one another and the environment.

From August 14 to 16, Struer becomes a dynamic laboratory where artists and performers experiment with sound to reflect, collaborate, and unite. Struer Tracks seeks to show how sound can bridge gaps between individuals and groups, cultivating a sense of belonging and mutual support. This year’s theme emphasizes the value of communal experiences in a fragmented world, illustrating how sound can serve as a powerful tool for social cohesion and cultural exchange.
