Drone Synthesizer Build Workshop
24–26 Nov 2022
During this 3-day workshop, you will get an introduction to electronics, various electronic components and electrical circuits, in order to build and solder your very own LeafAudio Drone Synthesizer, which you get to take home. The four OSC stereo Drone Synthesizer has VCA-input, which makes it possible to control the VCA with an external Envelope. As a participant you will get advice and guidance, tips and tricks throughout the workshop, and at the end there will be a drone synthesizer jam session.
The workshop is led by Andreas Stoubye Johansen, who’s educated in Visual Arts History and employed at Krabbesholm Højskole In Skive. Besides a big heart for the anatomy of the synthesizer, Andreas has been working with sound in many ways other the past years.
Who can attend?
The target audience for the workshop is students with an interest in electronic music, sound production and sound art. It is not a requirement that the participants have a high level of technical specialization, but experience in working with sound is an advantage.
